After receiving a report concerning the violation of the National Park Law submitted by Shei-Pa National Park Police Brigade, this section will send a statement of opinion in a form of official document. Those who are reported can fill out the statement of opinion and submit it to this section within 20 days. If failing to submit it before this period of time, they will be deemed as abandoning this opportunity according to the regulation of the Article 105, Paragraph 3 of the Administrative Procedure Law.
