1. The Shei-Pa National Park Headquarters, National Park Service, Ministry of the Interior (hereinafter referred to as the Headquarters) formulates this Notice to maintain the visiting quality and safety of visitors at the Wenshui Service Area, and to provide a quiet and comfortable visiting environment.

2. Visitor service hours at the Wenshui Service Area are as follows (the Headquarters may adjust according to actual circumstances):

(1) Visitor Center: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

(2) Outdoor Grounds: 5:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

3.  Visitors entering this area shall comply with the following provisions. Violators who fail to correct after being dissuaded shall be handled in accordance with relevant regulations such as the Social Order Maintenance Act, Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act, Waste Disposal Act, Self-Governance Ordinance for the Control of Fireworks and Firecrackers in Miaoli County, and Regulations Governing Remote-Controlled Unmanned Aircraft Flight Management in Miaoli County.

(1) When conducting activities in the outdoor spaces of this area, pay attention to wild animals such as insects, snakes, and bees to maintain personal safety.

(2) To maintain the environment of this area and ensure visitor safety, pet owners shall keep dogs on a leash when walking them, and clean up dog waste voluntarily.

(3) To maintain the ecological pond environment and ensure visitor safety, wading, fishing, and feeding wild animals are prohibited.

(4) When using public facilities and equipment in this area, ensure personal safety and avoid damaging public property, and do not engage in acts that occupy or affect the rights of others to use them.

(5) Except for smoking areas, smoking is completely prohibited in this area.

(6) Unauthorized use of venue to hold activities without the consent of the Headquarters is prohibited.

(7) Engaging in remote-controlled unmanned aircraft flight activities without applying for permission is prohibited.

(8) Setting up stalls, renting or selling goods, and amusement equipment are prohibited.

(9) Setting off firecrackers, fireworks, or engaging in other behaviors liable to cause fires are prohibited.

(10) Carving words or drawings on natural objects or public facilities, trampling or snapping flowers and trees, capturing wild animals, flying kites, damaging lawns, or public facilities are prohibited.

(11) Parking automobiles and motorcycles in non-parking areas, lawns, and other areas is prohibited.

(12) Distributing, posting, or hanging advertisements, flyers, or promotional materials are prohibited.

(13) Urinating or defecating, spitting, spitting betel nut juice, chewing gum, discarding fruit peels, paper scraps, garbage, or other waste anywhere are prohibited.

(14) Gambling, excessive drinking, brawling, insulting and shouting, making noise, disturbing public order, and peace are prohibited.

(15) Carrying lethal weapons, chemical agents, or other dangerous items are prohibited.

4.  Matters not specified in this Notice shall be handled in accordance with other relevant regulations.
